奥美拉唑预防急腹症术后并发应激性溃疡的疗效观察
To observe the curative effect of omeprazole in preventing of postoperative stress ulcer of acute abdomen

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of early prophylactic omeprazole in prevention of postoperative stress ulcer. Methods:320 patients with acute abdomen underwent abdominal operation during 2 years were selected,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were given conventional omeprazole injection 40mg every time after operation,2/day,intravenous drip.The control group were given cimetidine injection 0.4g every time after operation2/day,intravenous drip.Observed and recorded the incidence of acute stress ulcer for 7 days after operation.Results:The incidence of acute stress ulcer in the control group was higher than in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant( χ 2=6.81, P<0.01).The incidence of aderse eents between the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of omeprazole early after acute abdomen operation can prevent the stress ulcer effectively,and it is less adverse reaction, safety and reliable.关键词
