Clinical analysis of endoscopic operation in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic operation in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods:60 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were clinically divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group were treated by endoscopic resection of adenoid eradication therapy,while the control group were treated by endoscopic adenoidectomy surgery.Compare the clinical effect of patients in two groups after treatment.Results:The total rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The endoscopic resection of adenoid eradication therapy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can improve the clinical effect of patient,so it is worthy of promotion in clinical.关键词
