Abstract
Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of hircismus radical operation of two parallel incisions along the axillary fold.Methods: 40 cases of patients with bromhidrosis were amditted from January 2010 to December 2012.Patients were treated with hircismus radical operation of two parallel incisions along the axillary fold.All patients were followed up after operation.Results:In 40 patients,39 cases had clinical examination and telephone follow-up,and 1 case had lost to follow-up.None patients had complications.Patients were followed up for 6 months,and the peculiar smell of 39 cases completely eliminated. Patients were followed up for 1 year,the peculiar smell of 38 cases completely eliminated,1 patient had slight odor when sweating. Patients were followed up for 2 years,the peculiar smell of 36 cases completely eliminated,and 3 cases had slight odor when sweating.The scars of patients were not significant,and upper extremity activities had not restriction.For the comprehensive evaluation of patients:excellent was 92.3% ,good was 7.7% ,poor was 0.Conclusion:Hircismus radical operation of two parallel incisions along the axillary fold in the treatment of patients not only meet the aesthetic requirements,but also achieved satisfactory curative effect.It is a surgical treatment with easy operation,easy to master,and less complications of operation treatment,so it is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
