Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of community nursing intervention on diabetes control.Methods:100 patients with diabetes mellitus acceptted the nursing intervention from December 2012 to December 2013 were selected,they were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group received general nursing,and the observation group were given nursing intervention according to the specific situation.Results:There was no significant differences in two groups before the intervention.After the intervention,the understanding and knowledge of diet control,exercise therapy,drug therapy and self monitoring in the observation group was better than in the control group,there was significant differences between two groups.The glucose in two groups had no significant difference before intervention(P>0.05),blood glucose were both decreased significantly after intervention,but the range of decreasing in the observation group was larger than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The community nursing intervention can decrease the blood glucose level obviously,and its effect is very obvious.It can play an important role in controlling of diabetes,and the prevention of the complications.关键词
