Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and characteristics.Methods: 60 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly selecte,and then randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing of department of cardiology,including life nursing,medication nursing,diet nursing,excretion nursing and oxygen nursing. While the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the base of conventional nursing of department of cardiology,including health education,psychological counseling,medication guidance,rehabilitation training and self supervision ect.Results:The quality of life of patients in the observation group after comprehensive nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure,blood lipid of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The treatment and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease is beneficial to improve the life quality of coronary heart disease.Clinical treatment and recovery are worth to recommend.关键词
