Relevant factors and precautionary measures of pediatric ward nursing
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze security problems of pediatric ward nursing,and to put forward the concrete precautionary measure.Methods:69 patients with nursing risk were selected from May 2008 to May 2013.The medical records of patients were retrospectively analyze.And the nursing risks were analyzed.Results: The main influencing factors are nursing care of numerous content,larger pressure,improper communication, incomplete nursing records.The probability of the incomplete nursing data and the not timely risk informed were high,and they respectively accounted for 50.72%,43.47%.Conclusion:The impeccable nursing system should be established in department of pediatrics.It can improve the quality of the staff.According to the actual situation of their work,it can apply for a new employee number,ease the work pressure,and improve the clinical nursing quality.关键词
