Abstract
Objective:Through providing "doctor-patient relationship questionnaire" for patients,medical personnel,social workers in our area and analyzing the survey results,to understand the situation of the doctor-patient relationship in our area. Methods:In our area,according to the different groups,we designed three "doctor-patient relationship questionnaire" for the patients,medical personnel and social workers with 600 copies in each.The total was 1800 copies.Effective questionnaires were not less than 1500 copies.At the same time,we classified,summarized and analyzed the typical cases in recent years.Results:According to the results of the questionnaire survey,for doctors, patients to the doctor's trust is the most important.For patients, evaluation of medical quality of patient satisfaction is in the first place.For social workers,the main causes of social workers for the doctor-patient relationship nervous are uneven distribution of medical resources, the high cost of medical treatment, and the communication between doctor and patient.Conclusion:The tension between doctor and patient is related to many aspects.The medical disputes is a disturbing inharmonious social problem.The third party mediation of medical adjustable committee is a humanized way to resolve the problem.However,the analysis and exploration to improve the doctor-patient relationship from the root is the basic measures to reduce medical disputes.关键词
