硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗心力衰竭的效果观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine in the treatment of heart failure.Methods:200 cases with heart failure were selected from January 2010 to January 2013. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 100 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine.The control group was treated with the conventional treatment.The general situations and the cure rates were compared between two groups.Results:The general situation and the cure rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine treatment can significantly improve the general situation of patients with heart failure.It has a significant effect and high safety.关键词
