Abstract
Myocardial infarction is one of the clinical common disease,having serious impact on the health of patients.In ECG ST segment elevation, abnormal Q spread before typical changes of T wave, as the main basis for diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, ignored the diagnosis of the non ST-elevation acute myocardial infarction.This part of the non ST-elevation acute myocardial infarction, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.As the understanding of non ST-elevation acute myocardial infarction, dramatically reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.It makes this part of the patients receive timely diagnosis and standard treatment, and reduces the sudden cardiac death.In this text, the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of non ST-elevation acute myocardial infarction are briefly introduced.关键词
