Analysis of clinical efficacy and complications of central venous catheter closed drainage of pleural cavity combined with negative pressure suction in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of central venous catheter closed drainage of pleural cavity combined with negative pressure suction in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods:100 cases with spontaneous pneumothorax were selected in the past 20 years.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were treated with conventional thick silica gel catheter closed drainage,while the observation group was treated with central venous catheter closed drainage of pleural cavity combined with negative pressure suction.We observed the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results:In the observation group,the total efficiency was 98%. In the control group,the total efficiency was 94% .There was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the observation group, complication was little.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of central venous catheter closed drainage of pleural cavity combined with negative pressure suction in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax is good.The complication rate is low.It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the quality of life of the patients.关键词
