Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of voltaren ointment in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods:68 cases with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome were randomly divided into the voltaren ointment treatment group and the votalin pill oral treatment group according to the inclusion criteria.The two groups were reduced both hands and wrists activity,and oral vitamin B1 and mecobalamin for 30 days.Results:We analyzed the results between the two groups after the treatment for 7 days and 30 days.The curative effect of the voltaren ointment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The voltaren ointment has good curative effect,quick effect,fewer side effects and other characteristics than the oral voltaren tablets.关键词
