摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect hysteroscopy operation in the treatment of endometrial polyp.Methods:92 cases with endometrial polyp were selected from December 2011 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 46 cases in each.The control group were treated with traditional curettage.The study group were treated with hysteroscopy operation.The relevant informations of the two groups were recorded and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the operation time,hospitalization time and bleeding volume of the study group were less than those of the control group. The markedly effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group.The inefficiency was lower than that of the control group.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hysteroscopy operation in the treatment of endometrial polyp has a significant clinical curative effect.It has less trauma good curative effect,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
