内镜下鼻腔外侧壁切开治疗上颌窦良性病变50例分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic nasal lateral incision in treatment of maxillary sinus benign lesions.Methods:50 cases with maxillary sinus benign lesions were selected from February 2012 to December 2013.All the cases were treated with endoscopic nasal lateral incision.Results:The average time of 50 cases was 60.3±15.2 minutes in operation,and the average of bleeding was 48.2 ± 15.6ml.After 4~24 months of follow-up,46 cases(92% ) were cured.3 cases(6% ) were improved.1 cases was ineffective.The total efficiency was 98% .Conclusion:Endoscopic nasal lateral incision in treatment of maxillary sinus benign lesions can have small trauma and less bleeding,the patients recovered quickly after treatment,and the cure rate is high,so it is worthy to be popularized.关键词
