直丝弓矫治技术矫正前牙反颌40例的临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of straight arch wire technique in the reclamation of anterior crossbite.Methods:40 cases with anterior crossbite were selected from August 2010 to January 2014.They all were rectified by straight arch wire technique.Results:All cases were rectified.The maxillary central incisor angle,mandibular central incisor angle,ANB angle,SNB angle,SNA were improved significantly.Compared with those of before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).While NP-FH,MP-FH,Co-PO (mm),ANS-Ptm (mm) and Y axis angle were no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The straight arch wire technique in the reclamation of anterior crossbite has significant effect.It is worthy of promotion.关键词
