Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of acitretin capsules combined with compound ammonium glycyrrhizic acid in the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis.Methods:42 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with acitretin capsules combined with compound ammonium glycyrrhizic acid.The control group were treated by single acitretin capsules.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.We recorded the patient's general data,onset time,effect,and detected the kidney function.Results:The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91.67% and 61.11%respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reaction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:The onset time of drug combination in the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis is shorter than single use of acitretin capsules.Adverse reactions are significantly reduced.The total efficiency is improved.关键词
