Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Di Yu Sheng Bai tablet combined with leucogen in the treatment of leukopenia.Methods:120 cases with leukopenia were selected from January 2010 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into Ⅰ group(Di Yu Sheng Bai tablet),Ⅱ group (leucogen) and Ⅲ group(Di Yu Sheng Bai tablet combined with leucogen).The treatment effects were compared among three groups.Results:The total effective rate of Ⅲ group was better than that of Ⅰ group and Ⅱ group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the peripheral white blood cells of Ⅲ group and Ⅱ group were significantly higher than that of Ⅰ group(P<0.05).Ⅲ group and Ⅱ group had no significant difference(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the peripheral white blood cell of Ⅲ group was significantly higher than that of Ⅱ group,and Ⅱ group was significantly higher than that of Ⅰgroup.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the three groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Di Yu Sheng Bai tablet combined with leucogen in the treatment of leucopenia can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,and has a certain degree of security.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
