Value of ultrasonic cardiogram in the prognosis of children with dilated cardiomyopathy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic cardiogram in the prognosis of children with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods:68 cases with dilated cardiomyopathy were selected from November 2009 to November 2013.The clinical ultrasonic cardiogram data was retrospectively analyzed.49 cases of survival were selected as the study group.19 cases of death were selected as the control group.The measurement indexes of clinical ultrasonic cardiogram in the two groups were analyzed.Results:The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),the produce situation of pulmonary artery valve and tricuspid valve lesions of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic cardiogram is applied in children with dilated cardiomyopathy to detect LVEF value and tricuspid regurgitatio.It can be used as an important indicator of the prognosis of patients.Corresponding treatment measures are adopted according to the specific situation.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
