摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the CT and MRI findings and the effect of comparison of diagnosis of tumors in sellar region.Methods:72 cases with sellar region tumors were diagnosed by CT and MRI,and were confirmed by operation and pathology.We analyzed the pathological coincidence rate of CT and MRI diagnosis.Results:The diagnostic accordance rate of CT with 83.3% was significantly higher than that of MRI with 70.8%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For sellar region tumors,CT has very good diagnosis result. MRI can clearly show the exact location of the tumor,invasive range and adjacent structures changes.关键词
