冠心病患者血清MMP-9水平及临床意义
The level and clinical significance of serum MMP-9 in patients with coronary artery disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To obeserve the level changes of serum MMP-9 in patients with coronary artery disease,and to explore the clinical significance.Methods: 89 cases of coronary heart disease were seleted from March 2013 to March 2014 as the observation group.89 cases in the same period in our hospital for physical examination not suffering from heart disease were selected as the control group.Compared the serum level of MMP-9 between the observation group and the control group.Results:The serum level of MMP-9 of the observation group was 48.72±7.35μg/L ,higher than 23.98±3.76μg/L of the control group.The difference has statistical significance.Conclusion:The level of serum MMP-9 is helpful to early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.关键词
