CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术在周围型肺癌诊断中的临床价值
Clinical value of CT guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of the lung in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of CT guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of the lung in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.Methods:68 cases with suspected peripheral lung cancer were selected from September 2009 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 34 cases in each.The observation group were diagnosed by CT guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy method,while the control group were diagnosed by transbronchial lung biopsy method.We observed and compared the two groups with case diagnosis rate and complications.Results:At the completion of the diagnosis,the diagnosis rate of the observation group was 88.2%,and the diagnosis rate of the control group was 47.1%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation grou was 5.9%, and the complication rate of the control group was 11.8%.The difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:For peripheral lung cancer,using CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy for diagnosis can obtain the ideal effect.The accuracy of clinical diagnosis is relatively high,and the complication rate is very low.It provides accurate diagnosis basis for peripheral lung cancer,and there are very important clinical values.关键词
