Abstract
Objective:To explore the risk factors of hospital infection in immunology laboratory of clinical laboratory,and to put forward control measures.Methods:From February 2013 to February 2014,clinical immunology laboratory tested 35000 specimens, including tuberculosis antibody(TB),syphilis diagnosis reagent(TPPA),human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),hepatitis E virus(HEV),hepatitis C virus(HCV),hepatitis B virus(HBV) and hepatitis A virus(HAV),and we analyzed the positive rate.Results:After examination,3536 cases were patients with virus and hepatitis B,30 cases were tuberculosis,248 cases were syphilis,19 cases were human immunodeficiency virus,4 cases were hepatitis E,370 cases were hepatitis C,14 cases were hepatitis A,and the positive rates were 11.05%,11.86%,1.03%,0.08%,1.54%,1.53%,3.18% respectively.Conclusion:For the effective control of the risk factors of the hospital infection,we should develop and improve the relevant system,improve the protection consciousness of laboratory staff,as far as possible to reduce the occupation exposure and decrease the rate of hospital infection.关键词
