缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗轻中度老年原发性高血压的疗效及安全性观察
Efficacy and safety observation of Beibote in the treatment of mild to moderate senile primary hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Valsartan and Amlodipine tablets in the treatment of mild to moderate senile primary hypertension.Methods:120 cases with mild to moderate senile primary hypertension were selected from April 2012 to April 2013.They were randomly divided into the one control group,the two control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The one control group were only treated with amlodipine.The two control group were treated with valsartan.The observation group were treated with Valsartan and Amlodipine tablets.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of 3 groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the one control group was 75%.The total effective rate of the two control group was 70%.The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%.Compared with the one control group and the two control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cases of adverse reactions were no significant difference between the one control group.The two control group and the observation group (P>0.05).Conclusion: Valsartan and Amlodipine tablets in the treatment of mild to moderate senile primary hypertension has a significant effect and good safety.It can be used in clinical practice.关键词
