Abstract
Objective:To explore the effective treatment measures of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with pulmonary tuberculosis(COPD-PTB).Methods:98 cases of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected from May 2012 to December 2013.They were retrospectively investigated and analyzed.All the cases were divided into A group and B group.A group were treated with personalized treatment program.B group were treated with rehabilitation program for cases of catabasis on this basis.The effect and the recovery of respiratory system after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of B group was significantly higher than that of A group,and the CRQ score was significantly lower than that of A group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:With early diagnosis and treatment of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,on the basis of individualized chemotherapy treatment,the rehabilitation of catabasis can significantly improve the treatment effect.It is worth of the clinical promotion.关键词
