眼钝挫伤继发青光眼的治疗体会

Abstract
Objective:To explore the causes,therapeutic methods and effects of secondary glaucoma after eye contusion.Methods:49 cases(49 eyes) of secondary glaucoma after eye contusion were selected from May 2007 to June 2009.We treated it with drug treatment,anterior chamber irrigation and other treatment.When necessary,we took the operation method to reduce intraocular pressure.Observe the effect.Results: After comprehensive treatment, intraocular pressure of 49 cases of secondary glaucoma after eye contusion were all control in the normal range.Hospital vision (international standard chart) 0.8~1.2 37 cases (75.5%), 7 cases (14.3%) of 0.3~0.6, 3 cases (6.1%) of 0.3~0.06, 0.05 and light sensors in 2 cases (4.1%).In 6 months of follow-up, intraocular pressure was normal, and vision was stable. Conclusion:When treating secondary glaucoma after eye contusion,We should as far as possible to protect visual function.关键词
