卵巢早衰38例临床分析和治疗探讨
Clinical analysis and treatment discussion of 38 cases of premature ovarian failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect of 38 cases with premature ovarian failure.Methods:38 cases with premature ovarian failure were selected in a hospital.The clinical data of cases were studied and analyzed.The corresponding clinical treatment was taken.Results:38 cases of female patients with premature ovarian failure were treated for a period of treatment,and the condition of most patients were improved.The total effective rate of the clinic treatment was as much as 84.21%. The serum levels of sex hormones and endometrial thickness after treatment were better than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05.Conclusion:Correct clinical and laboratory diagnosis and symptomatic treatment is the key of treatment and improvement of female premature ovarian lesions.关键词
