全身麻醉应用瑞芬太尼与舒芬太尼临床效果对比
Clinical application comparison of remifentanil and sufentanil in general anesthesia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To comparative study on the clinical effect of remifentanil and sufentanil in general anesthesia.Methods:82 cases with orthopedic operation were selected from October 2010 to October 2011.They were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group with 41 cases were given sufentanil in general anesthesia.The control group with 41 cases were given remifentanil.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the pain scores of postoperation 30 minutes,60 minutes and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were (1.23±0.21)scores,(2.10±0.24)scores, 9.76%.In the control group,the pain scores of postoperation 30 minutes,60 minutes and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were (3.65±0.28)scores,(5.09±0.32 )scores,17.07%.Conclusion:In the general anesthesia,the sufentanil was effective.关键词
