Effect analysis of focused ultrasound knife combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of primary liver cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of focused ultrasound knife combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods:134 cases with primary liver cancer were selected from December 2011 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 67 cases in each by digital table method.The study group were treated with focused ultrasound knife combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, while the control group were treated with radiotherapy.We compared the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the total efficiency of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group.The adverse reaction was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of focused ultrasound knife combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of primary liver cancer is significant.关键词
