疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect and influence on blood rheology of Shu Xue Tong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:135 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected from March 2012 to March 2013.They were randomly divided into the treatment group with 67 cases and the control group with 68 cases.All cases received conventional drug treatment.The treatment group were given Shu Xue Tong injection on the basis of conventional drug treatment, while the control group were given Xue Sai Tong injection on the basis of conventional drug treatment.We observed the neurological deficit scores,blood coagulation function,blood rheology,efficiency and adverse reaction of the two groups.Results:The total efficiency and reducing the neurological deficit score of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,in the treatment group,blood rheology index was decreased significantly after treatment.The prognosis was good.Fibrinogen level was decreased.The two groups had no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Shu Xue Tong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is good.Security is high.It is the preferred drug in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.关键词
