Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of pathological examination of lung fiberoptic bronchoscopy cells in diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods:80 cases with lung cancer were selected from March 2012 to January 2014.All the cases were treated by fiberoptic bronchoscopy,compared the result between pathology taking after operation and the fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Results:In 80 cases with lung cancer of this group,52 cases were confirmed as squamous cell carcinoma by pathology(65%),6 cases of adenocarcinoma(7.5%),22 cases of small cell carcinoma(27.5%).Through Fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination,77 cases were diagnosed as lung cancer,51 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,and the coincidence rate of diagnosis was 98.1%.5 cases were diagnosed as adenocarcinoma,and the coincidence rate of diagnosis was 83.3% .21 cases of small cell carcinoma,and the coincidence rate of diagnosis was 95.5%.Conclusion:Pathological examination of lung fiberoptic bronchoscopy cells in diagnosis of lung cancer has a great value in diagnose.It cost low,and it is easy to be accepted by patients,So it is worth to be promoted.关键词
