摘要
Abstract
Objective:Through coronary angiography taken in patients with suspected angina,we found that the concentration of asymmetric two methyl arginine in plasma were different between patients with coronary slow flow asymmetry and patients with normal coronary angiography,so we want to explore the relationship between ADMA level and coronary slow flow.Methods:Determine plasma ADMA concentration in 124 cases with slow blood flow confirmed by coronary angiography and 110 cases with normal coronary angiography,and analyze the differences between the two groups.Results:The plasma ADMA concentration in coronary slow flow group was significantly higher than that in normal coronary artery group.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(0.9±0.3,0.7±0.3,P=0.01).Conclusion:The level of ADMA related to the occurrence of coronary slow flow.ADMA concentration is an important mechanism of coronary slow flow.关键词
