妇科腹腔镜手术患者实施细节护理减少并发症的效果分析
Analysis of the effect of detailed nursing reduce complications in patients with gynecologic laparoscopic operation

Abstract
Objective:To research and analyze the effect of details care to reduce the complications of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic operation.Methods:80 cases with gynecological laparoscopic operation were selected,and we retrospectively analyzed their clinical datas.Results:The operation time and awake time of the detailed nursing group were lower than those of the basic nursing group,while the urine volume of the detailed nursing group less than the basic nursing care group. There was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total of adverse reactions occurrence rate of the detailed nursing group was significantly less than that of the basic nursing group(37.50%).There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detailed nursing can effectively reduce the risk of complications in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic operation.It has a certain degree of security and can shorten the progress of rehabilitation,and reduce the cost of hospitalization,so it is worthy of promotion.关键词
