摘要
Abstract
In clinical work,the nurse-patient disputes have occurred frequently,which have a serious impact on medical safety. The nurse-patient disputes can cause by nursing staff service attitude problems, also can because nursing documents writing is not standard, or because the nurse work sense of responsibility is not strong, etc.In view of the reason, relevant measures should be taken, including promoting nursing personnel familiar with the rules and regulations,increase nurses' proportion, the rational allocation of human, continue to strengthen communication, nurses and patients to build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,strengthen the continuing education, improve the nurse business skills,strict nursing quality management and so on.This paper briefly analyzes the causes of nurse-patient disputes and explores preventive measures.关键词
