瑞舒伐他汀治疗进展性脑梗死38例疗效观察
Curative effect observation of rosuvastatin in the treatment of 38 cases of progressive cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of rosuvastatin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods:76 cases with progressive cerebral infarction were selected from January 2012 to October 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group with 38 cases and the control group with 38 cases.The control group were given the conventional treatment, including protecting brain cells,controlling blood pressure,antiplatelet therapy.The observation group were given 20mg rosuvastatin oral on the basis of the control group treatment,1 time one day,continuous treatment for 1 course of 6 weeks.Results:The NIHSS scores of the two groups after treatment were decreased.After treatment,the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.8%.The total effective rate of the control group was 65.7%.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction can effectively block the development of cerebral infarction,and improve the prognosis of progressive cerebral infarction.关键词
