高血压性脑出血患者院前急诊治疗效果分析
Analysis of pre-hospital emergency treatment effect for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of pre-hospital emergency treatment on effect of late stage clinical rehabilitation of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:88 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to with or without pre-hospital emergency treatment.There were 27 cases in the control group.After the onset of disease,patients were sent to the hospital by relatives,and they did not receive pre-hospital emergency treatment.There were 61 cases in the treatment group.After the onset of disease,patients were sent to the hospital by 120,and they received pre-hospital emergency treatment.We compared the rehabilitation status of the two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 91.8% and 66.67% respectively. Mortality rate was 3.28% and 7.4% respectively.There were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early giving timely appropriate pre-hospital emergency treatment and nursing standard for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,not only can improve the clinical treatment total efficiency,but also can effectively reduce the mortality of patients.关键词
