Abstract
Objective:To explore effective ways of chronic cough diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The clinical data of 80 cases of chronic cough in our hospital from February 2011 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical symptoms and performance were summarized and the clinical efficacy of specific treatment was analyzed.Results:80 cases with chronic cough diagnosis results showed that 42 cases(52.5% ) were postnasal drip syndrome,22 cases(27.5% ) were cough variant asthma,10 cases(12.5%) were gastroesophageal reflux cough,4 cases(5%) were eosinophil bronchitis thermophilic,2 cases(2.5%) were other diseases.With specific treatment,in 80 cases,46 cases(57.5%) were cured,28 cases(35%) were effective,the total efficiency was 92.5% .Conclusion:According to the clinical symptoms and signs in patients with chronic cough,through various effective inspection,finding the causes of chronic cough and giving the specific therapeutic can obtain good treatment efficiency,improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,and promote early rehabilitation of patients.关键词
