The effects of continuous blood purification treatment in severe acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of continuous blood purification treatment in severe acute pancreatitis. Methods:80 cases with severe acute pancreatitis were selected from June 2010 to June 2013.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group were given routine treatment.The experimental group were given the continuous blood purification treatment on the basis of the control group.We compared the clinical therapeutic effect and clinical indexes of the patients in the two groups.Results:The general treatment efficiency of the experimental group(87.5% ) is obviously higher than that of the control group(62.5% ).The TNL-α,CRP,IL-6 levels of the experimental group were significantly decreased after the treatment compared with the control group.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:We give the continuous blood purification therapy to the patients who with severe acute pancreatitis on the basis of routine treatment.It can effectively alleviate the patient's condition,improve the clinical symptoms and indicators,improve clinical efficiency,and reduce the patient's death.So it is an effective method for clinical treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis and worth in clinical promotion.关键词
