奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血效果观察
The effect observation of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract.Methods:80 cases with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were selected from April 2011 to May 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group were treated with 0.1mg octreotide plus 20ml physiological saline for intravenous injection.The observation group added 40mg omeprazole contusion,using 100ml intravenous fluid for injection on the basis of the control group,2 times per day,12 hours/time.3 days were 1 treatment cycle.We analyzed the treatment data of two groups with the statistical method.Results:In the control group, the total efficiency was 75% .In the observation group,the total efficiency was 97.5% .The difference of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of application of octreotide combined with omeprazole is better than simply taking octreotide,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
