摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of lamivudine combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods:112 cases with hepatitis B cirrhosis were selected from October 2012 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 56 cases in each.The study group were treated with the combination of lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil,while the control group were treated with lamivudine.We analyzed the clinical treatment results of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the study group,HBV-DNA,ALT,ALB levels were significantly better than that of the control group.The improvement of symptoms was significantly higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of lamivudine combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis is significant.关键词
