Clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of traumatic spleen rupture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the method and principle of treatment of traumatic spleen rupture.Methods:86 cases with traumatic spleen rupture were selected from January 2010 to December 2013.23 cases were treated with non-operation method(the non-operation group),and 63 cases were treated with operation method(the operation group).The treatment effects of two groups were evaluated.Results:In non-operation group,21 cases were cured,2 cases were converted to operation,and the cure rate was 91.3%.In operation group,62 cases were cured,1 case died,and the cure rate was 98.4%.Conclusion:Non-operation and operation treatment in traumatic spleen rupture are effective treatments.It should choose the treatment methods of preserving spleen as far as possible.关键词
