摘要
Abstract
Gallbladder stone with acute cholecystitis is often encountered as acute abdomen in emergency work of primary hospitals.In clinic,patients often have great pain.Once diagnosed,according to the general condition of patients,cholecystectomy is the first choice of treatment in the emergency department.The effect of majority of patients is very good,but a few people appear some complications,therefore,it is easy to cause common bile duct stones missed residue,change of the operation mode because of anatomical variation,the accident injury of bile duct and other complications.These complications cause some pain to the patient. In order to avoid the occurrence of the above problems,we should strictly grasp the indications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.关键词
