光动力联合甘草锌治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效观察
Curative effect observation of photodynamic therapy combined with licorzinc in the treatment of acne vulgaris

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy combined with licorzinc in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:60 cases with acne vulgaris were included in the standard.They were randomly divided into two groups.32 cases of the treatment group were treated with photodynamic therapy combined with licorzinc.28 cases of the control group were only treated with photodynamic therapy.The treatment time was 4 weeks.The skin changes before and after treatment were observed. Follow-up 2 months after the end of treatment,the recurrence was evaluated.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.87%.The effective rate of the control group was 89.29%.There was significant differences (P<0.05).The relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.There was also significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The photodynamic therapy combined with licorzinc has a good curative effect and low relapse rate.It is worthy of promoting in clinical.关键词
