针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床疗效分析
Analysis of the clinical effect of acupuncture on hemiplegia after stroke

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture on hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:82 cases with hemiplegia after stroke were selected from October 2011 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table with 41 cases in each.The control group were given the routine drug treatment and rehabilitation treatment,while the study group were treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.We analyzed the treatment effect of the neurological deficit scores(NFA),the Motor function score(FMA),the ADL score(Barthel index) and other the recovery of neural function index of the two groups.Results:The neural function defect score of the study group was significantly lower than the control group.The treatment effect,motor function score and activity of daily living score of the study group were significantly higher compared with the control group,and with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral stroke is obvious.It has important significance for the recovery of nervous function,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
