红草汤对中风鼻饲患者肺部感染的防治观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the prevention and treatment effect of self "Hong Cao Soup" of pulmonary infection in the stroke patients with nasal feeding.Methods:32 stroke cases with nasal feeding were selected from 2013 to 2014.They were given the nasal feeding treatment of traditional Chinese medicine "Hong Cao Soup".Results:5 cases were significantly effective.22 cases were effective.5 cases were invalid.In the medication process,patients had no adverse reactions,such as vomiting,diarrhea,abdominal distension,dizziness,hemorrhage,skin rash,et al.There was no case drug withdrawal because of adverse reactions.Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine "Hong Cao Soup" nasal feeding can improve immunity of the organism,and enhance the whole body viscera function,especially self purification ability and swallowing function of lung and airway.It can reduce aspiration,and plays a double role in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary infection.关键词
