Abstract
Objective:To analyze the diagnosis method and diagnostic value of sixteen-detector row spiral CT.Methods:57 cases of acute pancreatitis were confirmed by clinical and CT.The clinical manifestations were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The clinical symptoms and signs related to acute and diffuse abdominal pain and urinary trypsin,amylase increased.CT examination showed that 20 cases were pancreatic volume increase.9 cases were the density change.7 cases were pancreas envelope change.18 cases were peripancreatic clearance leakage.21 cases were pararenal fascia thickening and spleen and kidney clearance vague.3 cases combined with pseudocyst.Conclusion:Spiral CT on acute pancreatitis showed fine and accurate result.It has high validity.It can provide crucial evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment scheme.关键词
