胰岛素自身免疫综合征1例
Insulin autoimmune syndrome in 1 case and review of the literature
摘要
Abstract
Insulin autoimmune syndrome(IAS) is a rare disease.Through the report of 1 case of IAS and review of the literature, we discuss the diagnosis and prognosis of IAS.Clinically.For some patients,such as associated with autoimmune diseases,taking high insulin of sulfydryl containing drugs,and hypoglycemia patients,insulin autoantibodies should be detected in order to avoid misdiagnosis and unnecessary operation.关键词
