摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explor the mental health status of clinical nurses in aged welfare institute.Methods:We used the general information questionnaire and symptom checklist(SCL-90) to evaluate the mental health status,and to analyse its influence factors. Results:The survey results showed that scores in nursing staff of old-age welfare institute were higher than in norm,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:To take targeted measures according to the level of mental health of nursing staff in old-age welfare institute,in order to improve the level of mental health of nurses.关键词
