自我康复模式在脑卒中偏瘫患者恢复期应用的疗效观察
Observation of the effect of the self rehabilitation pattern in restoration stage of stroke patients with hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of the self rehabilitation pattern of rehabilitation education and motor relearning programme in restoration stage of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:60 cases in restoration stage of stroke were selected. They were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The treatment group were treated with self rehabilitation model.The control group were treated with inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation.Using Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment and functional independence measurement(FIM score) as the clinical indicators of outcome.Results:There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of self rehabilitation model can basically meet the home rehabilitation needs of cerebral stroke patients.It also can reduce the dependence of professional medical care,save health resources,and obtain better curative effect.关键词
