沙棘总黄酮对大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质的影响
Influence of total flavonoids of hippophae rhamnoides on monoamine neurotransmitters in brain of rats

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of total flavonoids of hippophae rhamnoides on monoamine neurotransmitters in brain of rats.Methods:70 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group(n=35).Rats were given high dose of total flavonoids of hippophae rhamnoides from femoral vein.Then we took the brain tissue at different time points,and we measured the fluorescence intensity of monoamine neurotransmitters in brain by fluorescence spectrophotometry to calculate the content. The control group were given the same amount of double steaming water.Results:compared with the control group,after rats were given high dose of total flavonoids of hippophae rhamnoides,contents of brain monoamine neurotransmitters in rats were increased. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Total flavones of hippophae rhamnoides can increase the levels of monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain of rats,and it has a significant effect on the dopamine system.关键词
