Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of treatment of levofloxacin and clarithromycin combined with omeprazole and amoxicillin respectively in the treatment of peptic ulcer with positive helicobacter pylori.Methods:72 cases with peptic ulcer with positive helicobacter pylori were selected.They were randomly divided into the levofloxacin group and clarithromycin group with 36 cases in each.Levofloxacin group were treated with levofloxacin 500 mg,1 time/day,taking 7 days.Clarithromycin group were treated with clarithromycin 500 mg,after meals,2 times/day,taking 7 days.At the same time,the two group were given omeprazole 40 mg,1 time/day,taking 7 days,amoxicillin 1 000 mg,after meals,2 times/day,taking 7 days.After 1 week,cases were given omeprazole alone for next 4 to 8 weeks.At 1 month after treatment,all cases received reexamination.Results:The Hp eradication rates of levofloxacin group and clarithromycin group were 91.66%and 91.66%respectively.The ulcer healing rates were 97.22%and 94.44%respectively,and two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:Triple therapy based on levofloxacin also has the characteristics of high curative effect,and short course of treatment.It is worth using as first-line therapy.关键词
