Recent curative effect observation of ACS combined with left heart failure after PCI

Abstract
Objective:To retrospectively analyze and study the recent curative effect of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) combined with left heart failure.Methods:120 cases with left heart failure were selected from February 2010 to August 2012.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The experimental group were treated with PCI operation.The control group were treated with conservative treatment.The recent treatment effects of the two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results:The angina attack frequency,cardiac function improvement and LVEF of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But the differences between the composite end point and mortality rate were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of PCI for ACS combined with left heart failure obtains obvious therapeutic effect in recent.The incidence rate of complication is significantly reduced.It has the clinical value.关键词
